Welcome to Reshape. By using this app within Canva, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before use.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Reshape. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Reshape within Canva for personal, educational, or professional design projects. This license allows you to export, edit, and process your designs as described by the app’s features.

3. Acceptable Use

  • You may only use the app for lawful and intended purposes.
  • You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, modify, or distribute the app or its code.
  • You agree not to upload or process content that infringes on the rights of others or violates Canva’s policies.

4. Ownership of Content

You retain full ownership of your Canva designs, exports, and any resulting images or SVG files created through Reshape. Reshape does not claim ownership or rights to your exported PNGs, processed images, or vectorized output.

5. Intellectual Property

The Reshape app, including its interface, features, and brand assets, are the intellectual property of MrIghalo.com. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the app or any part of its technology without prior permission.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain smooth and reliable performance, but Reshape is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free processing, or perfect output in every case. Occasional service interruptions or performance variations may occur due to Canva platform limitations or network conditions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, damage, or issues arising from your use of Reshape. You use the app at your own risk. Reshape is designed for convenience and creative enhancement, not for mission-critical or commercial production where guaranteed precision is required.

8. Third-Party Services

Reshape operates within Canva and may rely on Canva’s APIs and export functions. In some cases, optional vectorization may be processed using external libraries or secure services solely to deliver requested functionality. Your use of Reshape is also governed by Canva’s Terms and Policies.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Reshape at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the service. Canva may also restrict access according to its own policies.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any updates will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
